RankMet LLC is committed to offering high quality digital services that require time, research and strategic expertise. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
General Refund Principles
Because our services involve manual work, expertise and time investment, most completed services are not eligible for refunds. Once a project has begun, the allocated time, research and work cannot be recovered, even if the client decides to cancel.
Eligibility for Refunds
- A refund may be considered under the following situations:
- The project has not started
- No work, communication or deliverables have been provided
- The client requests cancellation within a very short period after payment and before any work has begun
- The service purchased was not appropriate for the client’s needs due to a clear misunderstanding that was not caused by the client
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not available under the following conditions:
- Work has already started
- Any part of the work has been delivered
- Research, analysis or initial setup has been completed
- Delays caused by the client’s lack of communication
- The client changes their mind after work has begun
- The client fails to provide required materials
- The client decides to switch to a different service or provider
- The client has unrealistic expectations not based on service scope
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not guaranteed. However, in rare cases where only a very small portion of the work has been performed, RankMet LLC may consider a partial refund depending on the progress and time invested.
Project Cancellation by Client
If a client decides to cancel a project:
- They must inform us in writing via email
- Work completed up to that point remains billable
- No refund is provided for completed work
- Any pending work will be stopped immediately
Project Cancellation by RankMet LLC
RankMet LLC reserves the right to cancel a project if:
- The client violates terms
- The project is found to be harmful, illegal or unethical
- The client fails to provide necessary information
- The client engages in abusive behavior
If RankMet LLC cancels the project before work begins, the client will receive a full refund. If work has already started, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal/regulatory requirements. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via a notice on our website or other means. Please check this page regularly.
